1.-PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROMOTION COCUNAT S.L. whose headquarters are at: Calle Folgueroles, number 17-25 (08022) Barcelona, holder of Tax Identification Number B-66100793 (hereinafter, COCUNAT) is the sole organiser of the raffle "One year of COCUNAT products".

2.- PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion strives to raise COCUNAT brand awareness to potential customers.

3.- PERIOD AND SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The registration period to participate in the draw will be from 6th to 16th November 2023 (both inclusive) in all countries where COCUNAT has distribution, with the exception of Mexico which will end on 11st November 2023.

4.- PARTICIPANTS

To be in with a chance of winning the prize draw, participants must be 18 years of age and legally reside in any country in which Cocunat’s products are distributed. To participate, you must enter your personal e-mail address and accept to receive commercial notifications from Cocunat through the check box included in the form. Those who are already subscribed to Cocunat's communications must also accept them without any modification to their usual communications. Employees and/or owners of the organising companies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are prohibited from taking part in this prize draw. COCUNAT reserves the right to exclude any participant from the Promotion who tampers with the registration procedures and/or violates any of the provisions set forth herein. Furthermore, it reserves the right to verify, via any procedure it deems fit, that the winners comply with all the requirements set forth herein and that the data they provide are accurate, correct and truthful. Original supporting documentation, inter alia, may be requested from participants to prove that they comply with the requirements. Failure to provide this documentation may result in the participant being disqualified. By taking part in the prize draw, you hereby unreservedly accept these terms and conditions and shall follow COCUNAT criteria vis-à-vis resolving any issue arising therefrom.

5. HOW THE PRIZE DRAW WORKS

In order to participate in the prize draw, you must:

- Enter the following information on the form: E-mail. Optionally, the telephone number can also be entered.

- Accept that you agree to being sent commercial notifications from COCUNAT

Entering data on the landing page shall count as 1 entry into the prize draw. There is a limit of 1 entry per person.

6. PRIZE DRAW

A draw will be held on 20th November 2023 from all entries accumulated within the promotional period.

The draw will be carried out by drawing a random number via the https://app-sorteos.com application. The entry matching the number drawn will be considered the winner. Likewise, 3 other participations will be drawn and will be considered as substitutes.

7. PRIZE

The prize shall consist of a COCUNAT gift card valued at €1,000. The period of validity of the gift card will be from 1 December 2023 to 31 December 2024.

The gift card can only be used on the COCUNAT website as many times as the winner wishes as long as there is a balance available on the card. In the event of any balance remaining after the card has expired, it will be considered lost and COCUNAT will not pay the remaining amount.The card is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

The value of the card may vary depending on the currency conversion in each country.

The sale and/or marketing of the prize is prohibited. In the event of shares intended for resale, COCUNAT will demand their immediate return, reserving the right to take the appropriate measures.

COCUNAT reserves the right to substitute the prizes indicated in the rules for others of equal or greater value when there is just cause. COCUNAT is not responsible for the use made of the prize by the winner.

8. COMMUNICATION AND HANDOVER OF THE PRIZE

COCUNAT shall send an e-mail on 20 November to the e-mail address provided by the participants.

8.1. Awarding of the prize

The potential winner must confirm that they accept the prize within 3 calendar days at the very latest from the date on which the notification e-mail is sent, providing the personal details and her ID.

Once the documentation has been received, COCUNAT shall get in touch with the winner again to provide him/her with the prize acceptance letter. The potential winner must fill it in and send it back within a period not exceeding 3 days.

Once the documentation has been validated and confirmed, you will be sent a digital gift card via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem it on the Cocunat website.If the participant does not send the documentation back within the indicated period or if it is not filled in correctly, the winner shall be deemed to have waived their right to claim the prize.

In this case, COCUNAT shall contact the first person on the stand-by list and so on until one of the 3 people on stand-by accepts the prize. If none of these 3 people accept the prize, it shall become null and void.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with legislation on data protection currently in force, the personal data provided by participants shall be processed with a view to managing the prize draw; delivering and managing the prize and publishing their data if need be. Refusal to provide personal data shall make participants ineligible from taking part in the prize draw.

The data entered must be truthful and complete. If the personal data are false, incomplete or not up to date, COCUNAT shall be held harmless in these specific cases, on the grounds that they do not comply with the requirements set forth herein and they shall be deemed to be invalid should they win a prize.

Furthermore, and for the purpose of managing your entry into this prize draw, the data may be processed by third-party companies that run the prize draw or provide services or the prize itself. The aforementioned data shall only be used for these purposes and no commercial actions shall be performed therewith.

The data of participants who agree to be sent commercial notifications from COCUNAT shall be added to the company's database for the purpose of managing their relationship with the brand, responding to queries and sending bespoke communications.

Any user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation and portability by sending an e-mail to COCUNAT to dataprotection@cocunat.com stating the reason for the request and the right they would like to exercise. If we need to identify you, we may ask you to provide a copy of a document that accredits your identity. 10. LIABILITY

- COCUNAT shall not be held liable before the winner should the winner be unable to benefit, whether in part or in full, from the prize on grounds attributable to the winner himself/herself.

- COCUNAT hereby accepts no liability vis-à-vis incomplete or damaged entries or entries not within the promotional period, or due to technical difficulties that could prevent participation in the prize draw.

- COCUNAT accepts no responsibility for any aspect of the Prize that may be lost, damaged, delayed or does not reach the winner prior to the date on which the prize is to be availed of.

- COCUNAT and the companies collaborating in this prize draw shall not be held liable for any damages of any nature that may arise on the occasion of or as a result of the enjoyment of the prize.

- COCUNAT reserves the right to modify, suspend and amend these terms and conditions, as well as the organisation and/or management of this prize draw.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Merely entering into the prize draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Should the participant state otherwise, he/she shall be excluded from the prize draw and COCUNAT shall be released from the obligations entered into with the aforementioned participant.

Vis-à-vis any dispute that may arise as to the interpretation and application of the terms and conditions, COCUNAT and the participant alike hereby expressly submit to the jurisprudence of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
